You say you know what it is. What is it?

Please preview your post/pictures to be sure they are rotated correctly.

The problem with medals/ tokens is that there is no catalogue that describes every piece. Some areas have comprehensive catalogues, others are quite obscure. I have dozens of tokens that are lost in obscurity.

If you had an english translation of the Chinese, it might help.

HSBC (hong kong and shanghai banking corporation) .... its on the medal in english o.o, bought it with a bunch of penny, cause I like this medal, that little dragon. Was probably something made in 70s or 80, but thats just going off the medal.
Rest in Peace

Neither a token nor a coin. It might be counted as a "medal". The number of such items produced as "advertising" for businesses is nearly endless.

The Dragon is certainly neat. But I doubt this could ever sell for more than a couple bucks.

The dragon is pretty cool. I'll bet there are collectors out there that specialize in coins-medals and tokens with dragons on them. Really neat find.
