Some areas have comprehensive catalogues, others are quite obscure. I have dozens of tokens that are lost in obscurity. If you had an english translation of the Chinese, it might help. The number of such items produced as "advertising" for businesses is nearly endless. The Dragon is certainly neat. But I doubt this could ever sell for more than a couple bucks.
