Are the CC indicative to the mint where it was printed...
If so is it Carson City... That could attract Carson City collectors as well.

The first C indicates the Federal Reserve District of Philadelphia, which is also spelled out on the left side Fed. Seal. Appears the note lacks the FW designation, which means it was printed in Washington DC. The C suffix continues the alphabetical sequence following the letter B.
