Your Help Requested To Identify A Silver Medal

I recently bought this small broche made from a medal and can't find any information about it! There are no signatures or marks on the medal, only a silver mark 900 (900/1000) on the back. I would love to know who this (royal?) woman is and who the maker of the medal is. Anyone? Thanks in advance!
