Possible Crusader Coin To Be Attributed

At a recent coin club meeting, one of the members brought in this item that needed attribution:

Possible-Crusader-Coin-To-Be-Attributed
Possible-Crusader-Coin-To-Be-Attributed

He was told that it was a crusader coin, but this should not be assumed. I would not even assume that it is genuine.

I did not bring a scale with me, but the coin itself is very thin, and about 10 mm in diameter.

It is not in great shape.

Any help would be appreciated.
