Found this 1951-D RPM today and it looks like a WRPM 001 D/D/D South East and East but don't know for sure. Any confirmations?

Even with the scope - with my eyes I'd probably miss that one unless it's an early die state strike!

I'll be darn. I originaly bought a Cestron but it wasn't compatible with Windows 7 plus it was like 80$. So I sent it back and got this one - real easy to set up and get working,
