Which is it? While this looks like a Struck Through Grease something disqualifies it as not being a grease strike. What is that? Look at the rim area? Do you see a normal rim? A normal rim would be what you see on a Struck Through Grease issue. But note, it is dished on that area. So it was struck through a thinning capped die. That is why the rim is not normal.
