They are bothe Roman coins. The first looks like Constantius II, 337-361 AD, can't make out the obverse inscription but the reverse is FEL TEMP REPARATIO ( loosely translated " Happy times restored").

The second coin is too badly worn to make out anything other than it is a late Roman coin.

The top one (with the big bite taken out of it) is a FEL TEMP REPARATIO type, with soldier spearing fallen horseman, of emperor Constantius II, I believe. I can't make out the mintmark. A more intact one would look like this one.

The second one is quite well worn; it's either a provincial "SC in wreath" bronze of Antioch, or a "VOT in wreath" type of the later empire; I can;t make out enough of what's inside the wreath or the style of portrait to tell the difference.

If it's from colonial Antioch, it would be quite thick; thicker than a modern coin of similar diameter. The VOT wreath types would be thinner.

I agree the second coin appears to be a Votive issue, I can just make out what appears to look like VOT XX.

You would think that a coin that is 1700+ years old would be worth a lot of money. Sadly however these late Roman coins are very common and can even be found in top condition for minimal prices.
