1960 Proof Nickel.struck Thru. And Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

Going thru. some of the old stocks at first I was drawn to this because of the struck thru. below the G in GOD. Put it under the scope to take images then noticed the doubling on the devices, It looks pretty promising to be a DDO,the notching on the E is quite prominent, any idea which DDO this is? That's definitely a Doubled Die Obverse, since you can see a small spread on "IGWT" and you can see notching on the "N". Also, you have an awesome Struck Through as well.
