Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74718 Posts	Posted 06/08/2018 4:25 pm I found this in a circulated roll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. I was quite surprised to find this! This is a completely brand new and unlisted DDR. This will being sent to John A. Wexler, so he can get great pictures and list it the next time he updates his site. It's somewhat minor, but it doesn't bother me since I love collecting anything. Distortion can be seen on the EPU. Extra thickness show on AMERICA and designer initials LB. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/09/2018 10:01 am On doubling on devices like B, R, and other devices, have you noticed how the enclosed devices show altered more on doubled dies. This helps me to realize how affected these devices show that a coin is a doubled die. Sounds like a future project for me to work on. Report this Post to the Staff

And yes Coop, I've noticed how altered the devices are on a Doubled Die. That's how I recognize the Doubled Dies on the Lincoln Shield Cents. I have trained my eyes on those Lincoln Shield Cents.
