I have a 1984 penny in my inventory. The letters look like they were to close to the top. I will upload images so that you can see. Let me know if it is of any value. On the heads the last letters ST look ok but the other letters look offset.

Just looks as if you have a LMC that was struck off center. Very common but cool nonetheless.
