The clarity and focus is better. Glare is still a problem. You need to use a diffuser to remove glare. A filter to remove/diffuse the light from making the glow that is unwanted to calm down.

What you have here is heavy Die Deterioration on that 2017 P LSC.

Nope, not worth anything. It's only worth face value. It's part of normal wear and tear on the die. This happens all of the time.

E&V is correct; it's Die Deterioration. Completely normal and common as the die begins to deteriorate.
