2001-D Nickel With An Error On The Reverse?

I recently found a 2001D that is missing the "C" from the five cents Arc underneath the word Monticello.So it looks like Five ents.Ive examined it with a good loupe under good light,and can't find any indication that there ever was a c there.Has anyone heard about this, or is it a common thing. Second, having a picture of your coin would be most helpful as there are several reasons why a design element might be missing from a coin. If it was not damage of some sort, then it is most likely a gease-filled die that caused your coin to not be fully struck. Again, pics would be really helpful in ensuring that we get it right. However, in this picture, I see more than five Ents, so maybe that's the minimum requirement? Sorry, I had to. That's a total joke, but we really need pics to give any confident answers.
