I thought this mint mark looked interesting. Hoping someone can tell me if I am just "seeing things" again. ;-) As always...thanks to all.

It looks normal for that year. The locations of the mint mark's varied until this year. They were added to the dies by hand. After 1990, they are part of the design of the die. All will be in the same exact place, no more RPMs possible. So on your coin it is normal.

It's a normal coin. The mint mark can be punched in any location, as long as it wasn't too close to the rim or bust.
