Note how each shows a larger loop on the right side? That reminds me of the 80's doubling. But with the single squeeze process that started in 1996, the ball game has changed. The die are wearing quicker. Thus the design could be moving that direction. Or they may just be flattened. But if you got these in rolls of OBW coins, see if you can find other examples with the same die markers. If you can and they're normal, then it's a coin issue rather than a die issue. But if they look just like this coin, it maybe a die issue. Maybe just wear/spreading or a doubled die. But to me, we should see more spread on other devices. (Sometimes you need to be like Sherlock Holmes to think of all possibles to figure it out)
