Almost certainly 1c.
Cent coins minted in Philadelphia do not have a mintmark (except for 2017 as a special commemoration of the mint's anniversary)

@dw, first welcome to CCF. Second, while pretty amazing to think that a shiny, new-looking cent from the 1960s could be found in pocket change, they are still out there. However, it would have to be pretty much flawless to be worth more than face value. For now, hold the coin by the edges and if you can post a ciuple pics, we can help you discern just how great the condition is on this one.

Another suggestion is to click on "topic subscription" so you can know when we respond and maybe respond yourself. I see so many of these new member threads that just go off into oblivion. Maybe Bobby can set this up so a first post from a new member gets an automatic ?

Often when I see these threads I think somebody cherry picked a BU roll and tossed the rest into circulation.

Had that happen with a 1934 cent maybe 25 years ago. Got it in change and looked like it just came out of a fresh roll. Most of my small collection is missing somewhere in my house, but found the '34 penny!
