Around $240, IMHO.
Of course, cheaper the better, although I'm not too crazy about buying anything MS61. I would wait for higher grade, or good strike AU58 with an eye appeal for possibly less.

Offer $150.
That's a place to start. I wouldn't pay over $225. From the photos there's no telling how sharply it is struck, or how obtrusive the contact marks are. A bit of a pig in a poke.

Just my opinion, but I would not buy any coin that did not have a much better photograph than that. I can do better than that with my iPhone.

The coin looks typical for the MS61 grade. If you purchased the coin for less than $240, it would be a good buy.

NGC photo shows the typical MS61 - a LOT of bag marks, an OK but not "oh wow" strike. Remember, MS60 and MS61 are basically dogs. A 61 is a nicer dog, but still a dog. And gold, because it's so soft gets a pass for bag marks where a silver coin would get nailed on the grade. Melt is $61, full retail around $270

Thanks for all the responses. spruett001 thanks for that link, at least now I know where he got his asking price. This coin along with other gold coins is for sale by a individual, and I'm trying to cut a deal.

There are LOTS of those available in the 61-62 range with little actual price difference between those two.
A coin "bargain" is almost always so for a reason.
