I would like to know how reliable wexlers DDO listings are? Also, the die markers that he has listed? If so, I may have found a 1982 D small date zinc DDO. Opinions on reliability before I post pics? Edited by brittnsean 06/21/2018 02:32 am

Variety Vista lists just one http://www.varietyvista.com/01b%20L...2DDDO001.htmBut it is a: Quote: Zinc. Obverse is ODV-031 (Large date). Wexler lists just one Zinc Small date: http://doubleddie.com/828802.htmlQuote: 982-D 1¢ WDDO-001
Description: A very close spread towards the center shows on the date. Light extra thickness shows on the letters of IN GOD WE TRUST and LIBERTY.
Die Markers: Obverse: This variety is found on the Small Date Zinc cents for this date. A die gouge can be found north of the right side of the mint mark. A small die gouge (dot) can be found below the you of TRUST. Reverse: A light die scratch extends WNW from the upper left side of the T of CENT. A diagonal die gouge can be found above the right cornice. But the location of the mint mark on his is not the same location. So it is not the same die that you have. He mentions light doubling, but from the images, even I can't see it. Countdown 3
