There are quite a few good coin stores in PA in my area (I'm north of Philly), but depends on where you are.. its a BIG state...
Ones I like especially with good collections and very trustworthy owners are South Street Coin and Jewelry (in Philly), Coins and Currency of Wayne (in Wayne PA), and Sams Coins (in Coatesville, PA). I have also heard good things about (but never been to) Coins of Chester County, in West Chester PA (on my list to visit next time I am out in that area).
You can get a list of all the " ANA" certified Coin dealers from the ANA website, which is what I would recommend.
Also, there are a number of good monthly coin shows that I sometimes attend as well.. ones I go to are in Franconia, Langhorne, and Trevose. but there is also one up in Williamsport (but that is too far for me) and I think one that runs twice a year up in Allentown (haven't made that one yet).
Many are listed on this site's forums and by searching for "Coin Shows".

Hope this helps.
Regards,
Michael
