Most likely this will be about US coins, so any info therein will not apply to Aussie rotations.I forget the site, and I am sure someone will post it for you, but it lists a ton of known rotations with rarity, interest, and approx amount known to exist
Here are some known Aussie Decimal rotations,
$2. 1995 (Unconfirmed)

50c. 2010
20c. 1966, 2000 (Unconfirmed), 2001 Sth Aust CoF , 2001 P'pus, 2004 (Unconfirmed), 2006 , 2013 , 2014, 1966,
5c. 1966
2c. 1966, 1968, 1982
1c. 1968 (Unconfirmed)
This info has come from many different sources and some I either have images, or have seen images of.
Others are unconfirmed where the find has been reported but no image was supplied to confirm the find.
In some instances I think the coin was probably placed in the holder slightly askew, making it appear upset.
There may be others that I am not aware of and to be honest values are whatever someone is prepared to pay for them.
Do ebay searches on 'upset' and 'rotated' 'rotation' and you might find some.
