Looks like the nose and four head are doubled a little and It may be just mark from something that sat on the coin?

Looks like a cup holder example. Soda gets on change and alters the colors of the coin. Now stained. No premium.

Nope not an error. It's a stain from some sticky residue that got on the coin. It could of been in a dirty car cup holder. It's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint).
