Hey CC! I am a coin collector but recently decided to make the jump into paper money. I am looking for your opinion on individual grades for each bill. I am also curious if the edge on the first 1967 increases/decreases/no change to the value!

Also if you're also comfortable with providing me with a rough price estimate for each individual bill, that would be fantastic!

Thanks!

Welcome NorthWestInvest to the paper money "zone" here at CCF.

I will give you a short answer for your 3 notes.

The $20 looks to be about VF (Very Fine) and is considered a "Devil's Face." That's the good news as they're more sought after than the regular "modified" 1954 series. The BV for a note in this grade is about $75 but the note appears to have 2 edge tears (the "bad news"). That's like having a scratch in a coin (considered an impairment).

The 2 ones are from the 1867-1967 Centennial Issue of the "Modified 1954" series. Both are "replacements" because of the asterisk in front of the serial numbers (SN) and look to be about VF too (good news as they're rarer than the regular run-of-the-mill issued SN's). I would have to say that the edge on the top (*N/O) looks rather suspicious of "trimming" (aka "bad news" suggesting a person might have cut the edge with scissors) and this would decrease the value from about $12.00 for that grade. The VF *B/M would book around $7.00 for the right buyer. Hope that answers your questions.
