I found this Canadian one dollar bill from 1967 in my Mom's bedroom. It was made in Canada's centennial year. I have been unable to find a value for it, even using the serial numbers. Can anyone suggest where I might go to find out the value of it. I also don't know the grade. By reading the descriptions of grades, I came up with either EF or AU. The serial number is M/O 4035203. I apologize; I consider myself to be computer savvy, but I can't figure out how to attach a picture of the bill. I can only seem to upload coins because dollar bills are larger than 300 KB.
Sorry to say there is not much value in these notes even in UNC condition. That particular prefix had 10 million printed so it might be worth a couple of dollars at the most. Why not hang on to it as a centennial souvenir.
The image optimizer allows you to reduce the resolution of your image to less than 300KB.
This prefix was issued in a quantity of 10 million.
Being the Centennial year, a lot were saved. Even in UNC, they would be a dealer's tough sell at $3. Below that it is pretty much only worth face value, unfortunately. It might be more saleable at a flea market.
