I don't know what you'd call this. To me it is interesting if nothing else. Top edge of all the letters around the reverse rim are stretched out and ragged. I'd call it flaming letters for lack of the correct description.

Severe die wear. Most times it is a sign of die aging. But it is interesting to me because of the look of the die wear. In 1996, they changed over to the single squeeze die. The reverse die on your coin looks more like it was not one of the new dies. No premium for it, I found it interesting.

Also known as DDD - " Die Deterioration Doubling" - the stretching of the letters is interesting though!
