Need Help Figuring The Date/Error On This Penny

Lems154 New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 06/30/2018 8:22 pm Im new to collecting and found this one. It looks as though it is dated 1930 with a large 3. It is not wheat on the reverse so I think it is probably a 1970 d with an error on the date. I have looked all over the place but have not found any errors like this one.
