At least a die chip on the mm. Photos of both full sides might help put it in perspective.

@Blamby89, first welcome to CCF. Second, I'm going to recommend to the mods that they move your thread to the correct spot in CCF to get the right eyeballs on it. In the meanwhile, it looks to me like the post in the die that forms the middle of the letter P broke off. This is a relatively common occurrence, but yours is a very nice example.

First time I've seen it on a 'P' mint mark. But that is what it is. Broken die post.
