Looks like a normal cent to me. As far as I know most "woodies" are wheat cents but I'm no expert.

Coop.. Or anybody.. Since Coop thinks its a mix issue, is it a keeper? Would like to know before it gets put in the 1970's bag and is lost forever lol

Keeping it is up to what You want to collect. So it is a woodie just not a significant one. As they say "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
