I found this while coin roll hunting. Yes, I know it is messed up. So, my question is: is it a double die, or Die Deterioration? As always, thank you for your time.

It looks like heavy Die Deterioration from a worn out die, and it has Machine Doubling as well, since the devices are reduced in size, and it's shelflike in appearance.

The worst of both worlds. Keep if you want to use it as a demonstration piece. But it is not a die variety. It is a worn out die and Machine Doubling.
