1994 Penny Error Help

You might have a very small Die Chip on the "9" of the date.

This is called " Machine Doubling" (MD) and is quite common.

I see what your talking about on the second 9 in the date and the RI and CA on the reverse. Those little lines look like small die gouges. Its prob a late die state which is the reason for the MD and has been polished some leaving the gouges. They seem to happen at the corners of the devices. Notice how they mostly follow the same direction it looks like on the recerse, NW to SE. Prob got caught in the corners when polishing and left some deeper gouges. That's just my opinion, I'm still learning new stuff every day so I could be dead wrong.

Machine Doubling on inside of the devices. Outside near rim is Die Deterioration. If there were hub doubling it would be raised like the devices. I see none present on your coin. There is some split plating issues as well. Nothing worth a premium though. Just die and striking events.
