These get expensive in the nicer grades, many with problems. Thoughts?

Not my series, but I am seeing an AU55 coin with a (maybe market acceptable) cleaning.
Rest in Peace

Technical Grade 58. Eye Appeal 6/10. Obverse stars really made me think MS, but reverse is strongly struck and does show the slightest rub at the top of the eagles head and top wing curves.

Undoubtedly a "market acceptable" cleaning.

I wouldn't kick it out of bed for eating crackers in said bed

AU-58, basically a mishandled Unc that never really circulated.

I have to agree with 58. Not crazy about the eye appeal on this one but you know I'm a toning slut.

I'll say AU-55. I will also ask that in regards to the "you vs TPG" part of the title, if I am to come victorious in this 'battle' with the tpgs, will this coin be the reward?

Alright cringe worthy puns/jokes aside, this is one of the nicest CBHDs I have seen on this forum, very nice .
