Terminal-stage toning. Although I personally like this appearance, it'd be considered "detracting" by toner-oriented collectors. A decent 64 in my book.

NGC Gave this a 63, I personally bought this one specifically for the toning, the pictures aren't great here but the colour really shows in certain angles.

I think the toning hides a decent amount of marks that the pics didn't show, but I think if it were submitted today it would have a decent shot at 64, maybe a 63+

Also it isn't actually a fatty holder, my mistake, it was the next generation right after, still doesn't lock with any of the modern holders though
