That would be Machine Doubling, not a doubled die.

@coopergold what exactly makes it MD? Devices are definitely raised instead of the shelf like effects

After the strike, the die kick it and damaged the devices. The lower ones you see it the MD, flat shelf like. The raised devices are the fresh struck ones.

Note how the MD reduced the devices in half from that die movement that happened after the strike?
Here is what the normal size devices would look like next to a doubled die:

Note the contour of the devices. On Machine Doubling that contour is removed with a flat look on the devices.
That is what I'm seeing on your coin. Machine damage after the strike.

On a doubled die, the devices are enlarged and not on the edges of the devices like Machine Doubling is.

Another giveaway of MD is the effect on the rim offset area, the motion is in the same direction. A true Hub doubling DOES NOT affect this area...EVER!
