I don't have much experience... but it kind of looks like a double denomination coin? I can see shapes in the background... but I can't make out what they are. Maybe a horse and rider? Could be on an old Indian cent...

But I'd ask an expert.
Rest in Peace

If you're talking about the line behind his neck, then that's a Die Clash. Your coin also shows heavy Die Scratches from die polishing. They do this to extend the life out the die, and to get as many more strikes out of it as they possibly can.

Bate, that thing next to that "T" in "LIBERTY" is a stain from something sticky getting on to the coin. Not an error.

Bate, thank you for the reverse pic. I do see what you are talking about but there is nothing on the reverse that would match for it to be a die clash in my opinion. It could have been someone messing around in their garage with a hammer and another coin perhaps

Bate, Crazyb0 has a great picture showing a hammer, a block of wood and two coins. You place one coin on the block of wood, then the other coin on top of the first coin and hit it with a hammer. That will transfer some of the features of the devices from the top coin to the bottom coin. I hope this makes sense.

Edit: I'm not saying that this is what was done to your coin! It's just one possibility among many of how it may have happened.

Double denomination would be like a cent struck on a pre-struck dime:

Or a mint assisted coin:

Thanks Coop. A new thing to learn.
Tootallious I do not think this is a case from Crazyb0 cause the raise goes under the T and come out on other side of the T. I will look closely to nite. Last night is to late and I got a blurry Eyes..LOL

It appears to have heavy die polishing in the area in question. The raised area around the T is probably from excessive polishing to remove a clash mark that caused a lowering of the die field in that area. The lowered field results in a raised area on the coin.
