Sure looks like the 2 is thicker and the vertical bar on the L.. if so you can probably see more thickness on more letters than I can...

It looks normal to me. I don't see anything unusual.

I can see what you are discussing - not sure if there is any doubling though. These super shiny cents are murder to evaluate under a scope with strong lighting.

I see Machine Doubling, not a Doubled Die. The devices were reduced in size, and it's shelflike (flat) in appearance. http://www.error-ref.com/machine-doubling/

I don't see a doubled die on this one. Looks pretty normal for a 2017 cent, all of them have slight irregularities with the size of the letters.
