This one is also from Afghanistan. Durrani Kingdom, Mahmud Shah at Herat, 1801-1829, AR Rupee, Dar al-Sultanat Herat mint, apparently dated AH "12254"(?). Cf. KM 398.3 and Album 3138.2.

R.B. Whitehead (1934), Catalogue of Coins in the Panjab Museum, Lahore. Vol. III. Coins of Nadir Shah and the Durrani Dynasty, Oxford, reports a similar coin dated "1254" (page 133, no. 928) which he suggests is an error for AH "1245", the year of Mahmud Shah's death.
