It's a linear plating bubble, gas occasionally gets trapped underneath the copper plating and the zinc underneath and presents as a raised line.

Nope, not a Die Crack. It's a Linear Plating Bubble.

Wow! Interesting how the air/gas gets trapped in a straight line. I would have thought it would "circle" out.
