Hey Guys,, I'm kind of pretty sure this is an error coin. The words "ONE CENT" on the reverse are sinking. How do I refer to this coin?

Both sides too! One of the most progressed deteriorated dies I've seen, that reverse is quite the example coin!

That's called Die Deterioration. It's when the die gets worn from striking so many coins. Your example reminds me of the most severe Die Deterioration that I've ever seen on a 1982 P LMC, except mine is a lot worse than yours. http://goccf.com/t/322204
