not sure if I see it. is it under the O in OF in the reverse? I see a disturbance but not sure if it is a repair.

Looks like a mount was removed at K12. This looks like one of the up/up (medallic alignment) as you noted, Dave.

From what I remember they exist in both medallic and coin alignments.
