Please give us another pic of this note showing the full top margin, which may be cut off here (?), plus a pic of the reverse showing all margins completely.

Are the upper margins really that skinny, or did the photo cut them off ? Are these two notes the only stars ?

All 100 notes have a star, and the notes are consecutive from 7001 to 7100

I understand now, thanks. And thank you for the additional photos.

Of the four districts that had star notes issued, the 1990 New York district $10 was, by far, the most prolific. With over 16M printed. Still, to me this is very cool. Try not to handle them too much.
