1966 P Jefferson Nickel Three Raised Lines In Liberty

I have this 1966 P Jefferson nickel that has three raised slightly diagonal lines in the word LIBERTY. What caused this?

Possible die dents on the edge of the die. They can look just like that:

Possible that that another die hit this die causing an incuse mark on the edge of the die, leaving a raised area on the coin. Probably thousands of coins look like that as it is hard to remove a strong dent. Probably the reason a coin I found had the devices weakened on the outside edge of the die:

Just realized that is probably why they just polished that area on a proof die.

It may be either, but I'm leaning toward die gouge because there are three of them that are essentially the same size and direction, and spaced fairly evenly.

Possible Feeder Finger Damage?
