It would be a DDO not a DDR if it is on the obverse. But your coin is normal for this year. Just a die wear issue on the left side of the devices.

I agree with Coop. It's not a Doubled Die Obverse, but rather a Die Deterioration (die wear) issue. Your coin looks like it's in a Late Die State. You can also see Die Scratches from the U.S. Mint employee polishing the die down, do to a Die Clash happening. They do this in order to get rid of a Die Clash, and they also do it to get more life out of the die, before they retire the die from service.

I saw that it is mostly from one side only, the left side.

On the new dies the fields on the coin get so affected, there are directions:
1974-D-LMC-Possible-DDR
Dates to the right.
Liberty to the left and motto on the tops of the devices.
Note how the die wear affects the devices on the newer dies on the fields. In the multi squeeze process coin the devices were affected. On the single squeeze dies the fields show the Die Deterioration. But both are die wear.
