*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. Titles are Important! ***

It first looked like a D above the Date but I could only Magnify it x8 but after looking I found the other mark under Mint mark.

*** Edited by Staff to remove YELLING. All capital letters is the internet version of yelling. Please do not do it in titles or posts. ***

Keep in mind that since 1990 the mint mark is part of the design. (No longer punched into the dies) If it were a mint mark, it would be raised and not level with the field like a water spot is.
