I'm not sure what you are wanting to know? You have weak letters on States because of the striking process a lot of the design is concentrated on the Obverse and most of the time these letters are weak.

You have images of two die cracks on each end of the base of the building.
The 'UN' on UNITED is showing some light contact on those devices.
The two DDRs with hub doubling on them look like this on UNITED:
DDO-001

DDO-002 (Different die states)

This is just a stab in the dark trying to figure out what you are thinking?

thank you Coop & E-n-V
I am thinking of 1983 DDR-002 Stage C

the digital telescope make it hard because I can not control the light direction (May be I am wrong)

but what about these photos

On the B-W images that is the DDR. Note on the 'E' the notch on the center tine? Yours doesn't have that. So it is not from that die. Note the spread on the tops of the NIT. The spread is closer to the center. Your coin is flat missing the spread on the right side of the devices. While the tops of the devices are thinner on the DDR, the bases on the devices with the DDR-002 are wider. Yours just show the regular size devices.
Also I forgot to added the EPU devices:
EDS

MDS

The spread is also very thin on the lower portion of the devices.

Thank you Coop. The "E" actually looks different upon light & angle direction. I took this photo for the same "E" on the same penny which looks different

and unfortunately there is die wear (if I named right) which makes impossible to check it here:

1983-P-LMC-Double-Die?

For example here is a 2012 P LMC, see how it looks with different angles:

May be I have to have a better camera lens, or better telescope :)
