Greetings Coin Community:

Had this one for a while. Initial thought is Russian. But the inverted "3" has me confused. Looks like the russian crowned monogram.

Polish? Denomination?

There is a cataloged inverted 2 variety.

But there was no 3 Kopek denomination.

To my eye it is either damage or a die defect at the back of a normal 2.
