1987 Lincolin Cent Not Exactly What To Call It

I just happened to look at it and noticed on the reverse that there was something strange about the appearance under the steps to the memorial. Is it caused by clashed dies? Under the left hand side of the steps. Also what causes the black spost on the obverse? Report this Post to the Staff
