The high rim is called fin. These happens if a die is tilted, it leaves a space between the collar and the die allowing the fin to be raised in an open void. But they are only valuable if the are not flattened. You is, so it is not a premium coin. What do they look like before flattening?

Yes if nothing it's flat but is normal I stupidly mixed it in with my pile so relocating it lol

Loveameric, thanks for adding the reverse image. As you said it looks normal.

As mention the obverse seems to show a finning effect. This would be caused by material expanding vertically in between the obverse die and collar. It would generally rise above the normal design rim. If not I would call it a false rim. Thanks, Doug.
