Looks like rpm 001 to me not a doubled die but a rpm repunched mintmark

Yes I agree with @Mrzllewellyn about it being the 001 RPM--what looks like doubling on the number 1 seems most likely to be a little damage. I suppose it could be Machine Doubling, but because it is angled at the bottom, I'm thinking that it more likely is damage.

Here is what it looks like in BU:

I noticed the notch on the '1' on the date and looked into it a bit more. I checked several examples. But it is last seen on the MDS die state coins. After that it goes away.
