Spence Moderator United States 34428 Posts	Posted 08/05/2018 8:18 pm Yes I agree with @Mrzllewellyn about it being the 001 RPM--what looks like doubling on the number 1 seems most likely to be a little damage. I suppose it could be Machine Doubling, but because it is angled at the bottom, I'm thinking that it more likely is damage.
