I hate when I find a pocket change coin that looks and feels out-of-whack..when I have nothing to compare it to please help me see if this is an error..the rim felt like the planchet was @ one time octagonal(had flat spots)reeding is strangely missing the? It also looks like a clashed?lady's hand on boys arm? Thank you have lots of them..that's today's#128527;
