Came across this coin and would like to have the error identified as the letters appear to have doubling. All info is appreciated.

MD. Where you see the doubling you also see the shrunk, reduced in size devices.A common occurrence.

There's Die Deterioration on the obverse, and there's Machine Doubling on the reverse, since the devices are reduced in size, and it's shelflike in appearance. Although, I can see a notch on the last "A" of "AMERICA", which indicates that it's a Doubled Die Reverse.

Def could use better pics. It looks like you used a flash. Try without the flash under a bright light
