I just recently heard about ( Cuds) and don't really know exactly what they are. Could someone tell me if this is one or not? Many thanks!

Those are not Cuds.
Go to the Glossary at the top of the sidebar and look
under "C". There is a good explanation there.
There is a wealth of information on the sidebar to be found.

Anyway

@mcoins61, first welcome to CCF. Second, those look more like die chips to me. Here is a really good resource for Cuds:

Cuds will involve the rim, These are not "attached" to the rim, so they are die chips.

These are called Die Chips, not Cuds. Cuds are only attached to the rims only.
