I found this 1986 D Roosevelt dime searching my pennies and I thought no way a dime struck on a penny planchet....psyche! Closer inspection prove to be a dime without the outer clad is my suspicion. What do you think is it worth a premium or a common find?

Looks like a normal dime that has environmental toning. It was probably a metal detecting find before someone used it in a purchase. Not an error.

Check ebay for missing clad layer. Only look at the PCGS and NGC slabbed ones for comparisons.

It's a metal detector find, a buried in the ground coin with good amount of environmental damage.

Just a coin that shows severe Environmental Damage. It's a spender.

It exhibits environmental damage. It is worth face value.
